Finance Business Partner

About the role

Qualco Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive strategic financial planning and analysis across its business units. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights, scenario modelling, and decision‑support to achieve the Group’s financial and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business unit managers to lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning cycles, validating assumptions and inputs.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports that combine key financial and business metrics for executive committees.
• Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide financial expertise on cross‑functional projects, evaluating new products, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Implement best‑practice processes to improve efficiency of financial planning, analysis and reporting, leveraging ERP and Business Intelligence tools.
• Support the Group’s controlled growth by establishing, monitoring and enforcing robust financial reporting and controlling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal anti‑bribery and corruption policies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Controller or similar role, preferably in professional services or IT.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (FMVA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive value‑adding insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Business Intelligence tools for reporting and analysis.
