Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Check Point is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing activities across the CEE region. You will develop and execute integrated programs that drive pipeline, support sales, and reinforce Check Point’s leadership in AI‑driven cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and follow up on all regional marketing activities from concept to delivery.
• Develop the annual and quarterly CEE marketing plan aligned with sales and corporate priorities.
• Generate pipeline through events, ABM initiatives, webinars, digital campaigns and partner programs.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and operational excellence.
• Support sales by monitoring lead conversion, building pipeline health and aligning marketing plans with sales targets.
• Collaborate with corporate, digital, channel, communications and product teams to localise and amplify campaigns.
• Measure and report performance against KPIs, ensuring high execution standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with strategic allies to deliver joint marketing activities and oversee online/social media campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, focusing on field, demand‑generation or channel marketing.
• Proven track record of working closely with sales organisations to meet pipeline targets.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets with measurable business impact.
• Strong project and event management capabilities, able to run multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
