Export Sales Manager – Olive Oil Division

About the role

SOYA HELLAS S.A. is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead the international growth of its Olive Oil Division. Based at the company’s headquarters in Athens, the role focuses on expanding market presence across Europe and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the international export strategy for the Olive Oil Division.
• Identify, penetrate and expand into new European and global markets.
• Build and manage a network of importers, distributors and retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and grow the international client portfolio.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and commercial missions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Food Technology, Agricultural Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of export sales or international business development experience in the food industry.
• Proven track record of developing and penetrating international markets.
• Strong knowledge of European and international food distribution networks.
• Experience working with importers, distributors or international retail chains.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently for international business activities.
