B2B Sales Team Leader – German Market (German & English C1)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven B2B Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales professionals serving the German market. The role involves driving sales performance, coaching and developing team members, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving key business objectives in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2B Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans to maximize team effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to drive results.
• Manage employee performance issues, including corrective actions when required.
• Ensure achievement of sales KPIs, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and revenue objectives.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer or sales‑related situations.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance team culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a sales team in a BPO, contact centre, inside sales, or customer service environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people‑management skills.
• Experience managing performance through KPIs and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required skills

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (C1) communication.
• Strong B2B sales acumen and commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
