About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our Energy team in Athens. You will guide customers through our platform to select the best energy provider, turning inbound interest into satisfied contracts.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact inbound leads who have expressed interest in switching energy providers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable energy solutions from nine partner providers.
  • Close sales deals while delivering real value and a transparent experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

  • Previous sales experience in the energy sector.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to work full‑time with rotating shifts.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital tools.
