Dutch‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Remote (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team based in Greece. You will be the main point of contact for our accommodation partners and guests, providing professional telephone support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients and guests.
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve issues.
• Answer basic questions about room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tooling for accommodation partners.
• Use appropriate tools and processes to provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch and English (minimum B2), both oral and written.
• Based in Greece with a stable cable internet connection.
• Ability to work rotating shifts covering mornings, weekends and afternoons, Monday‑Sunday.
• Tech‑savvy with full proficiency in MS Office.
