Dutch Speaking Outbound Sales Representative – Ad Sales, Athens

About the role

The company is looking for a Dutch‑speaking outbound sales specialist to drive ad‑sales revenue in Athens. You will prospect new advertisers, reactivate dormant accounts and convert conversations into measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers, quickly establishing relevance and interest.
• Reactivate dormant or under‑developed accounts and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges.
• Convert customer engagement into measurable revenue and meet sales targets.
• Handle objections, rejection and re‑engagement scenarios professionally.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline, follow‑ups and opportunities.
• Utilise CRM systems, sales enablement tools and dashboards to track activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months proven experience in outbound, B2B or digital advertising sales.
• Native or near‑native Dutch language proficiency and fluent English.
• Demonstrated success in cold‑calling and initiating conversations with prospects.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and targets.
• Good understanding of digital advertising solutions and market positioning.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
