About the role

As the Director of Sales Operations in Athens, you will lead the design and execution of strategies that boost sales performance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to align processes with revenue goals and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in sales operations or a comparable leadership role.

• Exceptional leadership, communication and influencing abilities.
