Direct Retail Account Management Executive

About the role

The Direct Retail Account Management Executive is the primary liaison between Ayvens and its existing customers. You will support clients, plan and implement account strategies, and drive proactive sales initiatives to deepen relationships and increase renewal rates.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Proactively contact clients to secure contract renewals and expand cooperation.
• Monitor the entire account lifecycle, ensuring high ownership and timely actions.
• Advocate for customers within Ayvens, handling complaints and building consensus.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day issues, even outside pure sales activities.
• Stay updated on fleet management and automotive industry trends.
• Implement Ayvens loyalty plan and execute an annual visit schedule.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business or Finance.
• Minimum three years of experience in a B2B service or account management role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of the automotive or fleet‑management sector.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
