Delivery Technician

About the role

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a reliable Delivery Technician to join its growing team. You will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and educating patients on the use of clinical respiratory equipment in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and install medical equipment at patient residences safely and on schedule.
• Complete all required paperwork for each setup.
• Educate patients on proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and disposable supplies.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment in‑home.
• Collect equipment and supplies from existing patients for return or service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑maintained company vehicle.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 75 lb.
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy toward patients.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
