Data & Business Excellence Analyst – Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a Data & Business Excellence Analyst to turn commercial and CRM data into actionable insights for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. You will work closely with sales, marketing, medical and commercial excellence teams to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and analyse commercial, CRM and customer data from multiple sources.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools using SQL and other platforms.
• Transform complex datasets into clear business insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and commercial KPIs.
• Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators and recommend actions to improve field productivity.
• Analyse CRM performance and customer‑engagement metrics, proposing initiatives to enhance HCP interactions and omnichannel effectiveness.
• Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring tools.
• Support forecasting, territory analysis, targeting, incentive schemes and performance measurement.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting systems.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and automate reporting processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business analytics, commercial excellence, business intelligence or sales analytics, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Professional background in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva CRM.
