Cyber Security SOC Analyst (L2) – Incident Response

About the role

The Cyber Security SOC Analyst (L2) joins the SOC Response Team to handle real‑time security events and incidents. You will work closely with L1 analysts, customers' IT teams and internal stakeholders to investigate, triage and remediate threats across endpoint and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and remediate security incidents escalated from L1 SOC analysts.
• Manage customer endpoint protection solutions (EDR/XDR, AV, patching) on‑site or remotely.
• Maintain and configure network security devices such as firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Leverage threat intelligence, updated rules and IOCs to identify affected systems and attack scope.
• Inspect running processes, system configurations and logs on compromised hosts.
• Restore systems, generate incident reports and document findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, Networking or Cyber Security.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or incident handling.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Greek.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities under tight timeframes.
