About the role

IntouchCX is hiring bilingual English‑German Customer Service Representatives to deliver memorable experiences for iconic brands. You will handle inbound calls, emails and chats, solving problems and building meaningful connections with customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Communicate a variety of information clearly to customers.
  • Listen actively and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide a positive, memorable experience in every interaction.
  • Learn and retain thorough knowledge of existing and new products and services.

Required profile

  • English level B2 or higher.
  • German level B2 or higher.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Athens campus.
