Customer Service Coordinator – Elefsina

About the role

Orphee Beinoglou is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients in Elefsina. You will turn enquiries into booked moves, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for private, corporate, and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client enquiries by phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.
• Gather client requirements, arrange home surveys, and prepare tailored quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, corporate teams, and international partners.
• Record all interactions and follow‑ups accurately in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from enquiry to active relocation file.
• Represent the company with professionalism and consistently deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and a proactive team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Move Management Systems (considered a plus).
