Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (5+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with at least five years of professional experience to join a Legal 500‑recognised law firm. The role involves handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters while working closely with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate documentation and day‑to‑day corporate legal matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, procurement and construction agreements.
• Provide legal advice and day‑to‑day support to corporate clients.
• Advise clients on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial legal issues.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and counterparties.
• Participate in negotiations and handle complex legal matters.
• Manage matters autonomously with high attention to detail.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Corporate Law.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to a Greek Bar Association.
• Law degree from a Greek university.
• Previous experience in a law‑firm environment advising corporate clients.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, communication and drafting abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters simultaneously.
• High degree of autonomy, organisation, initiative and responsibility.
• An LL.M. in Civil or Commercial Law is a plus.
