Content Manager – SEO & Editorial Lead

About the role

This hands‑on leadership position is responsible for growing the organic visibility and business impact of two digital brands. Based in Greece, you will own the full content lifecycle—from strategy and editorial planning to production, optimisation and publication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy and editorial calendar across both websites, prioritising service pages, articles, case studies and landing pages.
• Recruit, manage and mentor writers and editors, assign briefs, set deadlines, review work and rewrite content when needed.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, including research, editing, expert review, design, SEO validation, approval and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, mobile‑friendliness, proper metadata, links and calls‑to‑action.
• Lead SEO initiatives: keyword and competitor research, content audits, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate technical SEO tasks with developers, such as crawling, indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Manage ethical link‑building and digital PR to earn authoritative coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing website content and delivering measurable organic search improvements.
• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a natural American English style.
• Strong track record of managing writers, editorial briefs, content calendars and publication workflows.
• Hands‑on ability to research, write, edit, optimise and publish content personally.
• Experience collaborating with sales, operations and subject‑matter experts to improve conversion pathways.
