Communications & Content Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Communications & Content Specialist will support corporate communications, PR, and brand‑building initiatives for a leading healthcare organization in Greece. The role combines writing, storytelling, and content creation across multiple channels while offering strong professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread high‑quality content for internal and external audiences, including websites, newsletters, social media, articles and marketing materials.
• Adapt messaging and tone of voice for different audiences and channels, and support campaign messaging and storytelling initiatives.
• Prepare press releases, announcements and other PR materials; coordinate with external agencies, media representatives and communication partners.
• Assist in creating scripts and multimedia content for videos, interviews and other projects.
• Support the organization of corporate events, conferences and brand activations, ensuring timely delivery of communication materials.
• Contribute to CSR‑related communication activities and maintain consistency of brand messaging across channels.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities with a keen interest in corporate communication and branding.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, initiative, willingness to learn and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset combined with a structured, proactive approach.
