Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand market share within our region. You will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with senior decision‑makers and positioning our innovative solutions to meet their strategic needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute account strategies together with the Regional VP.
• Generate new leads, build a pipeline of logo opportunities, and create target account lists based on defined criteria.
• Manage qualified opportunities through the sales funnel from discovery to close, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyse pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasts and KPI reporting.
• Optimize lead‑generation tactics and maintain holistic view of the sales funnel.
• Leverage corporate messaging and platform data to identify growth opportunities for clients.
• Maintain rigorous Pipedrive hygiene and keep CRM records up to date.
• Conduct consultative meetings with senior executives to demonstrate product value.
• Monitor competitor activities and collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Ops, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales with a focus on strategic accounts.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver client outcomes.
