Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our commercial team in Athens. You will promote advanced medical aesthetic technologies and innovative medical devices, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients and conduct on‑site meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and strengthen long‑term professional relationships.
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Present tailored product solutions and manage follow‑up activities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and secure new business.
• Create initiatives to increase customers’ sell‑out and overall performance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, consistency and professionalism.
• Well‑organized with the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving commercial growth.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
