Business Applications Functional Consultant - CRM & Work Management

About the role

Epsilon Net, the largest group of business software in Greece, is looking for a Business Applications Functional Consultant. You will analyse, design, implement, configure and optimise CRM and Work Management solutions for clients, mainly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and also Work Management platforms such as Monday.com. The role combines functional consulting, business analysis and business process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design, configure, test and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with client needs and best practice.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse existing processes and turn them into functional specifications.
• Optimise sales, customer management, activities, service and reporting processes, and support workflow and operational process design in Monday.com and similar tools.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support, and prepare functional documentation and user training.
• Collaborate with clients, business users, project managers, developers and architects to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, CRM, work management or business applications.
• Experience with work management or CRM platforms, hands-on experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
• Understanding of SaaS/cloud applications, workflow design, automation, process optimisation, system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Good command of English; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Monday.com, Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365 (a great asset)
• Agile / Scrum and digital transformation project experience (a great asset)
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are an asset
