Bilingual French/English Recruitment Associate – Client Service

About the role

Guidepoint is looking for a Bilingual French/English Recruitment Associate to join its Client Service team in Athens. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help connect clients with subject‑matter experts by understanding each client’s research needs and recruiting the right advisors quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high‑quality experts to expand Guidepoint’s network of over 1.25 million advisors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and colleagues in London and Düsseldorf to develop strategies that satisfy client project requests.
• Leverage LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and other online sources to locate potential experts.
• Screen candidates for suitability, create professional profiles, and present them to clients.
• Maintain a sales‑oriented approach, meeting KPI‑driven targets for lead generation and expert onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Relevant internship, volunteering or extracurricular experience.
• Strong desire to work in a sales/lead‑generation environment.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with the capacity to engage professionals at all levels.
