About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Czech/English Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class service through voice, chat and email. You will support customers of fast‑growing tech brands, ensuring accurate, efficient and respectful interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical‑based assistance via phone, chat and email.
  • Participate in team initiatives, share feedback and support colleagues.
  • Problem‑solve and think critically to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Required profile

  • Fluent in Czech (B2) and English (B2/C1) – both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with PC‑based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Experience with email and chat support platforms.
