B2B Telesales Executive – Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Telesales Executive to join our team full‑time at our Agia Paraskevi office. You will contact prospective corporate clients, understand their employee‑benefit needs and present our meal cards and vouchers as flexible solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers to promote meal‑card and voucher products.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable employee‑benefit solutions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
• Support back‑office tasks such as invoicing and order processing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B telesales or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a results‑driven, target‑oriented approach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and effectively present products or services.

• Monthly gross salary up to €1,400 plus performance bonus.
• Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 09:30‑17:30, on‑site work.
