About the role

KPP Law is seeking to hire an Associate Lawyer to join its Banking & Finance practice. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of banking and finance assignments, supporting clients and collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm’s practice areas.

Key responsibilities

Participate in financing transactions.
Provide regulatory advisory work.
Conduct legal due diligence exercises.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
Handle real‑property related transactions.
Offer day‑to‑day support to clients operating across various industries.

Required profile

Qualified as an Attorney‑at‑Law in Greece.
3‑5 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance Law, including real property.
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and client‑focused.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and demanding professional environment.
