Area Sales Manager – Motorcycle Industry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen brand presence for a leading motorcycle manufacturer in Greece. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage a defined territory, work closely with dealers and distributors, and ensure our products reach the market effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers and distributors.
• Provide training and support to dealers to promote and sell products.
• Monitor sales performance, manage inventory, and align stock levels with market demand.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
• Organise marketing initiatives such as newsletters and special offers.
• Expand the dealer network by recruiting new partners.
• Address customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in area sales management, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of leading teams.
• Valid motorcycle and car driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
