Account Manager

About the role

Logicom is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and sustain long‑term relationships with its partners. You will manage a portfolio of assigned customers, act as the single point of contact, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver our IT products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell the full brand portfolio across assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Identify high‑potential clients and work with sales teams to drive business growth.
• Monitor performance, forecast results, and report on planned vs. actual outcomes.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in marketing events and workshops.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in an IT company; experience in an integrator is a plus.
• Result‑oriented with strong accuracy.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM systems.
