360 Recruitment Consultant – Full Cycle Recruiting

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client partnerships, and uncover new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, helping organisations attract top talent while supporting professionals in achieving their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers, conducting client meetings to understand hiring needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects, sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking and direct search.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates, presenting shortlists with detailed assessments to clients.
• Coordinate interview processes, support offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing or HR consulting.
• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment environment is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
