HR Business Partner

About the role

Viva.com, a pan‑European tech bank, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees and managers across the organisation. The role blends strategic business partnering with hands‑on HR delivery throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide practical guidance on organisational design, performance, and employee‑related matters.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for designated business functions, from workforce planning to offer management.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience across locations.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, goal setting, and handling challenging situations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and employment practices.
• Leverage HR data, technology and AI‑enabled tools to identify trends, improve decision‑making and automate processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely people initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide reporting on key HR metrics, risks and actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Greek employment practices; exposure to international employment matters is a plus.
• Proven coaching skills for managers and capability to handle sensitive or complex employee cases.
