Workshop Sales Representative – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Workshop Sales Representative to join Bosch’s Mobility Aftermarket team in Koropi. In this position you will act as the main liaison for Bosch workshop networks, promoting our full portfolio and expanding our presence across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partner workshops within the assigned area.
• Identify partner needs and deliver tailored solutions, practical advice, and training guidance.
• Promote and follow up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment, services and diagnostic usage.
• Actively acquire new workshops, generating, qualifying and converting leads to grow the network.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with high integrity and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
