Senior .NET Software Engineer (Athens/Patras)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join its Technology Consulting practice in Greece, working from either Athens or Patras. You will contribute to client projects and internal initiatives, delivering high‑quality software solutions for financial and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement data access layers with Entity Framework or Dapper and work with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Apply object‑oriented design principles, SOLID, and common design patterns (DI, Repository, Service, Mediator).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise junior developers and ensure delivery meets EY’s quality standards.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (minimum) and preferably a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a .NET Software Engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
