Senior BPM Solution Architect

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior BPM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Business Process Management solutions for our clients in Greece. You will leverage low‑code platforms to build scalable, robust applications that align with business objectives while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyse business processes, gather requirements and design BPM solutions using platforms such as Appian, Camunda or Power Platform.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, covering process design, data modelling, system integration and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Stay current with BPM and low‑code technology trends and evaluate their impact on EY’s service offerings.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, and address challenges during implementation.
• Conduct workshops, presentations and demos to showcase low‑code capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture and BPM implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms: Appian, Camunda, Power Platform.
• Proficiency in process design, data modelling and system integration.
• Ability to guide development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
