Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution and Materials Management solutions. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, drives complex transformation initiatives, and ensures seamless integration across business processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Analyze, design, configure, customize, test, and support SAP SD and MM modules.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
• Drive end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure successful integration between SAP SD/MM and other SAP modules (FI) and external systems.
• Lead testing activities (SIT, UAT), defect management, and provide expert troubleshooting.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and change‑management support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM configuration and business processes.
• Proven experience leading workshops, business process design, and solution architecture discussions.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or supply‑chain environments.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
