Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Retail Sales Consultant you will join Avis' rapidly growing Long‑Term Rentals division, turning external leads into sales and helping the business meet its growth targets. You will generate new sales through daily calls, networking and relationship building, while delivering customized, value‑added solutions that address client priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle requests and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop specific retail channels.
• Present products to customers and use consultative selling to close deals.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to fulfillment.
• Provide customer service, manage complaints and solve problems.
• Monitor competition and stay updated on market changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (master’s degree is a plus).
• 1‑2 years of experience as a Retail Development or Sales Consultant.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS‑Office applications and CRM programs.
• Knowledge of car specifications is an asset.
