Polish‑Speaking Customer Support Representative for Pandora

About the role

Join the Customer Experts team supporting Pandora, the world’s most loved jewellery brand. You will work from Greece, handling Polish‑language interactions with customers worldwide, helping them with product, order and billing queries while representing the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chat messages in Polish.
• Provide information on pricing, product details, order status, tracking and cancellations.
• Promote current offers and new collections as a brand ambassador.
• Resolve account, billing, fraud, return and upselling issues according to training guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Polish and good knowledge of English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Positive, adventurous attitude and willingness to relocate.
