Junior IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist

About the role

An exciting opportunity awaits a proactive Junior IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist to join a forward‑thinking technology company. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure while providing end‑user support.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software, operating systems and networks.
• Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults, providing end‑user support.
• Administer Microsoft 365, MS Intune and manage endpoint solutions.
• Maintain and debug software systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Implement and maintain security devices and protocols such as CCTV, alarms and access control.
• Set up user accounts, profiles and manage IT inventory effectively.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance organisational capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Hyper‑V virtualization, backup solutions and Cisco networking devices.
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 and MS Intune.
• Strong problem‑resolution skills and ability to multitask in an IT help‑desk environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of networking, security and remote‑control technologies is a plus.
