Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading industry client’s headquarters in Athens as an HR Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Payroll and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and consultant agreements.
• Create and maintain digital employee files in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Handle position creation, changes, and organizational restructuring within the HR system.
• Collect, analyse, and maintain recruitment data for reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Greek labour legislation.
• Issue employer certifications, official documentation, and support employee benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors/HRMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
