Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Logicom Group’s products and services across multiple countries. This senior position works closely with regional marketing teams, senior leadership, and external partners to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s marketing strategy for new and existing products, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Coordinate with country‑level marketing teams, providing tools, materials, and presentations to help them meet commercial targets.
• Monitor and ensure consistent implementation of marketing objectives across all regions.
• Organise and support participation in conventions, conferences, and trade shows, delivering engaging displays and post‑event analysis.
• Manage social media presence and programmes to enhance reputation and recognition.
• Analyse competitive environment and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Control budgets, allocate resources across projects, and report performance metrics.
• Act as the primary liaison with media, stakeholders, and potential clients, building strategic partnerships and handling crisis communications.
• Draft press releases, website content, and digital/social media materials.
• Collaborate with sales to develop channel partner programmes and negotiate with vendors for promotional support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven success in senior marketing roles, with experience in digital, print, content, and social media marketing.
• Strong budget planning and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
