About the role
The Front Office Receptionist greets and welcomes guests, manages appointments and directs visitors. This role also handles phone calls, mail, and provides basic information to clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Monitor appointments and direct visitors.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in‑person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties.
Required profile
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative (plus).
- Desirable knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent command of the English language.
