Director, Sprite

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Director, Sprite to support the development and delivery of brand strategy across Europe. This role translates global and regional brand direction into strong local execution, driving growth, consumer relevance, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support the Europe brand strategy in partnership with senior and global teams, turning consumer and market insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead multiyear innovation pipelines from concept through launch and own the delivery of integrated marketing and experience plans, including communications, digital, experiential and in‑store activation.
• Manage brand calendars and Direct Marketing Expense budgets, partnering with bottling, commercial and channel teams to ensure effective in‑market execution.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators such as volume, NSR, brand health and campaign effectiveness, applying a test‑and‑learn mindset to optimise plans.
• Lead, coach and develop project teams, building trusted relationships across functions and geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA a plus) with 8–12 years of progressive FMCG marketing experience.
• Proven experience working on large consumer brands and delivering integrated marketing programmes.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, either through direct reports or project/team leadership.
• Strong capabilities in brand strategy, innovation, creative development and integrated marketing execution.
• Solid commercial acumen, budget management experience and ability to contribute to ROI‑driven decisions.
• Understanding of channel and shopper marketing, e‑commerce and route‑to‑market execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
• Effective communication and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels.
