Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager of our corporate Mango store in Thessaloniki Med Cosmos. The role focuses on driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor actions to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and fashion awareness.
• Apply the brand’s visual merchandising standards for each season.
• Collaborate on merchandising implementation and optimise sales space for profitability.
• Act as a role model, promoting effective communication within the sales team.
• Recruit, train and ensure seamless integration of new employees.

Required profile

• Experience managing and visual merchandising in a dynamic fashion retail environment.
• Customer- and image-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Motivation and passion for leading people by example.
• Sales-driven, organized, tenacious, problem-solver, able to work under pressure and adapt to change.
