Regional Sales Manager – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial execution of our Dermo‑Cosmetic and Personal Care businesses in Athens. The role combines strategic planning, people leadership, and business development to drive sustainable growth across sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary field team of Sales Representatives, Retail Activation Specialists and Beauty Advisors.
• Drive sales performance by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with pharmacies, healthcare professionals and other strategic stakeholders.
• Ensure excellence in‑store execution, brand activations, product training and merchandising.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers and support product launches.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimise performance and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in sales management, preferably in Dermo‑Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare or FMCG.
• Proven track record of delivering on sales targets and leading cross‑functional field teams.
• Higher education degree, preferably university level.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑development abilities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
