E-Commerce Customer Relations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Customer Relations Assistant to join our online retail team. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers contacting us by email or phone, ensuring fast, friendly and accurate support for all e‑commerce related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and calls, delivering proactive service within promised response times.
• Handle order‑related questions such as pricing, product details, order status, tracking, cancellations and returns.
• Provide promotion support and communicate current offers, terms and conditions.
• Resolve account and billing issues, troubleshoot orders and arrange returns according to company policy.
• Gather customer feedback and forward it to relevant departments.
• Manage complaints, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with retail, merchandising and sales teams to ensure consistent service.
• Offer ad‑hoc administrative assistance for the e‑commerce department and support operational activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer relations or call‑center environment (or 1 year as a sales associate at Pandora).
• Fluent Greek and good English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems.
• University degree in Business Administration, PR or a related field is a plus.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving ability and resilience under pressure.
