User Experience Designer

About the role

Metasteps is building a platform that lets anyone create and publish 3D spaces without specialized knowledge. As a User Experience Designer you will shape the core product experience, ensuring the platform remains intuitive and aligned with users’ needs while the company works toward product‑market fit.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of product flows, from sketches and prototypes to high‑fidelity Figma mockups.
• Iteratively improve core UI as the product evolves toward market fit.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design decisions.
• Build and maintain a coherent design system that scales with new features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to guarantee pixel‑accurate implementation.
• Define UX patterns for core journeys, including the 3D editor and publishing workflows.
• Support the CMO with marketing assets such as banners, ad creatives, and campaign visuals.
• Design custom landing pages for product launches and create short‑form video or motion‑graphics as needed.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand and marketing touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a startup or small team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work; marketing or brand material is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma and solid instincts for user flows and jobs‑to‑be‑done.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and overall craft.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Basic understanding of web interface construction (HTML/CSS intuition).
• Fluent in Greek and English.
