UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are the leading player in the Energy sector in Greece and are expanding our teams. We are looking for an Athens‑based UI/UX Designer to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and modern UI designs while ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes and prototypes and prepare corresponding BRDs for handover to IT.
• Propose usability improvements and collaborate with IT and Digital teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Create modern, functional UI designs, develop design systems and maintain brand consistency.
• Design landing pages aimed at maximizing lead generation, monitor performance metrics and recommend enhancements.
• Produce digital assets for CX, corporate, product, trade and billing, and support 360° campaigns with Brand & Marketing.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (desirable).
• At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with Figma and design systems, plus a good understanding of usability and conversion principles.
