Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant – Thessaloniki

About the role

We are seeking motivated Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultants and Senior Consultants to join Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience team in Thessaloniki. The role involves designing, implementing and maintaining secure IAM solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration and operation of IAM solutions.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
• Onboard applications to IAM platforms, handling integration, provisioning and access policies.
• Configure and maintain roles, entitlements and access policies.
• Define and implement RBAC/ABAC models with stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve IAM processes, including access reviews and certifications.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and ensure platform stability.
• Contribute to automation and development of IAM workflows and integrations.
• Participate in client engagements and workshops.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms and identity governance concepts.
• Strong understanding of security principles and access control models.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
