Project Assistant (CBI) – Parental Cover

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Assistant on parental cover to support the "Helios+" project in Crete. The role contributes to the integration of third‑country nationals and beneficiaries of international and temporary protection into Greek society.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering employability support, Greek language courses, and vocational training.
• Support activities that promote independent living, including rental subsidies.
• Coordinate social‑cohesion and inclusion events in collaboration with national and local authorities.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the National Project Officer, CBI Focal Point, and Regional Coordinator.
• Maintain project documentation, data entry, and reporting as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least three years of relevant work experience, or a university degree in finance, economics, accounting, management, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with diverse partners.
• Eligibility for internal or external candidates as defined by IOM policies.
