About the role
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking a Practical Mechanic to join its Engineering team. The role ensures the smooth and safe operation of the hotel's mechanical systems, equipment and infrastructure across guest rooms, public areas and plant rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of all MEP and plant rooms, both physically and via monitoring systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment throughout the property.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate with Engineering Management and other hotel departments to support overall operational needs.
- Document work performed and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Skilled and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and excellence.
Required skills
- Experience with MEP systems.
- Proficiency in mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
