Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Fitness & Wellness SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Outbound Sales Development Representative to introduce our all‑in‑one SaaS platform to fitness studios, gyms, wellness clinics and beauty salons. You will own the top of the funnel, researching prospects, making cold calls, qualifying opportunities and booking product demos.

Key responsibilities

• High‑volume outbound outreach through cold calling, email, WhatsApp and social channels targeting gyms, wellness hubs and beauty businesses.
• Connect directly with owners and managers, bypass gatekeepers and generate interest in digitising their operations.
• Qualify prospects by uncovering pain points around booking management, memberships, scheduling and client retention.
• Schedule qualified product demos for senior sales specialists and maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM.
• Continuously map new studios, clinics and wellness chains across target territories.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience with a proven record of high‑volume cold calling.
• Resilient, self‑driven mindset that thrives on phone outreach and handles objections with grit.
• Fluent in Greek (native or near‑native) and proficient in professional English.
• Strong communication skills to quickly build rapport with business owners.
• Coachable, active listener with disciplined daily time management.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.

• Salary €1,550 – €1,800 gross per month, commensurate with experience.

• Fully remote work with a 10 am‑6 pm M‑F schedule, based in Athens.
