German Speaking Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Athens and support a leading international hospitality technology company. You will assist restaurants and hospitality professionals with operational and technical queries, delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, inbound/outbound calls, live chat and messaging channels.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and efficient support while meeting CSAT and SLA targets.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s hospitality technology platforms to offer accurate technical assistance.
• Resolve requests quickly, escalating complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Prioritize urgent operational issues during restaurant service hours.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level German proficiency and at least B2‑level English.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or hospitality.
• Solution‑driven, proactive, and able to guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Hybrid work model after three months, based on performance and attendance.
• Flexible schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day between 09:30 and 19:00.
• Competitive salary with performance bonus up to 10% and 14 salaries per year.
