Customer Data & Pricing Administrator (2-year Fixed Term)

About the role

The Customer Data & Pricing Administrator (GEM) will manage and maintain critical customer and pricing master data within Alcon’s ERP and CRM systems for the assigned countries. This fixed‑term position ensures data accuracy, supports invoicing and pricing processes, and acts as the first point of contact for new customer account creation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts in ERP and CRM, ensuring correct commercial and financial settings (payment terms, discounts, pricing).
• Perform bona‑fide checks to validate customer qualifications and obtain signed legal documents before account activation.
• Prevent duplicate accounts and deactivate accounts when ownership changes or companies are liquidated.
• Collaborate with sales, accounts receivable and pricing teams to resolve price disputes and update selling prices and freight charges.
• Implement and monitor listings, exclusions and AFCM controls to guarantee only licensed customers can purchase medical devices.
• Maintain master‑data related quality management documentation (ISO 13485, GxP) and develop or update SOPs as needed.
• Run regular data‑cleansing reports, support promotional pricing setups and respond to business queries as a Super‑User.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting defined service‑level agreements.
